Supporting your efforts in the art of
living well
Relationships + Nutrition + Fitness + Work + Place = Wellbeing
what is your life telling you right now?
Our minds and bodies are often signalling needs that we should pay attention to. Signs like stress or unhappiness may be trying to get our attention so that we can make positive changes to our lives.
Rather than just looking at one aspect, my approach to wellbeing focuses on listening to and integrating all the important areas of our lives (nutrition, fitness, relationships, sleep, work and home) with an emphasis on understanding the central role of a person's context. Paying attention to these core parts of our lives often reveals important changes that can be made to improve our overall wellbeing, our connections to others, and creating a sense of hope.

starting points?
-
You may want to start with general wellbeing — like working together to improve your sleep, or finding ways to eating healthier foods that you still enjoy, and or working on movement and fitness that's doable given your lifestyle, or working through sadness of some kind.
-
You may want to talk about work, or how to move towards doing the kind of work that makes you glad every day. (note: this can be done with your team or organisation as well).
-
You may want to strengthen or reconsider your relationships, or start new ones that are more integral to how you want to be in the world.

Or, you may just want to chat and see where we go. I am an intuitive listener and can help you be heard, understood and encouraged with practical advice or suggestions that improve your life.
NEXT STEPS
The first step is to have a chat together and see where things are at. You can define what you would like help with, which can range from personal development (wellbeing, nutrition, fitness), counselling or professional development.
Typically, I like to look at the whole picture from sleep to fitness to relationships to work etc., to get a sense for how these things relate to your wellbeing. This initial chat is free and can be done over the phone, on Zoom, or in person. Contact me and let me know.

The second step is to work out how we can work together - helping you get to where you want to go personally, relationally, work-wise etc. This is where we'll map out a process and we'll decide the steps and costs. Fees are based on your income.

As we progress, we'll set up a private section on this website that stores resources (research, web links, identity maps we create...) custom designed to aid in your journey and track your progress if needed.

If needed, we'll also connect you with other people or services / opportunities that best suit the journey you want to be on. Hopefully, the gains you have can be shared with other people in your network as well so they can learn alongside of you, if you like. In this way, we can grow as a community.

PS, I'm based in Auckland but can offer help anywhere in the world online.
